Our mission is to prepare Warwick students for a successful career in Private Equity by hosting speakers and running technical workshops. We then partner with firms exposing them to high potential internship and graduate scheme candidates through office visits and campus events.

Our society is structured into specialist divisions to give members focused, career-relevant experience.

Buyouts

Covers traditional private equity investments. Trains members in Leveraged Buyouts and the process of a deal, creating LBO reports on recent transactions.

Private Credit

Prepares members for a career in Private Credit, learning industry trends, what lenders look for, and how Private Credit interacts with the wider buyside.

Growth Equity

Focuses on investment into smaller high-growth companies, teaching members how to navigate valuations when less information is available.

Real Assets

Encompasses Infrastructure and Real Estate Private Equity, with a focus on long time horizons and stability of returns.

Insight

Makes sure our members are up to date and commercially aware, while also posting industry reports for access to the wider public.

Careers

Panel events, CV clinics and mentorship schemes. Our Careers team ensures our members are prepared in their internship and graduate role journey.

Outreach & Partnerships

Builds relationships with partner firms and brings speakers to Warwick from across the buyside.

Marketing

Grows the reach and presence of the society, ensuring members are always aware of upcoming events and opportunities.
